George Kops,  President




In 1985 George founded Focus. 

He saw the need for a company that could provide a more effective process to develop presentation skills for business executives. The Value Added Communications Program provides this skills development in a timely and cost effective manner.

George has worked with thousands of executives to make them more credible presenting clear and explicit messages.


Tom Krauss, Associate

Tom joined Focus after extensive experience in the banking business. His career at Chase encompassed marketing assignments on a wide variety of products as well as locations.

He has been involved with our clients in Germany and has taught programs in both English and German.


Kristina Katlun, Associate

Kristina's extensive experience in the banking business has provided our clients the knowledge and expertise needed to better understand and apply the concpts of Value Added Communications. Prior to joining Focus she had worked in the marketing and human resources functions.

She has taught a variety of our clients in the European area.
